International Court of Justice, "Advisory Opinion on the Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory," 4 July 200.

European Court of Justice, Brita GmbH v. Hauptzollant Hamburg-Hafen, 25 February 2010. Ruling on trade implications vis-a-vis the status of Occupied Territories. The Court held that the two agreements in question have their own territorial scope: the EC-Israel Agreement applies to the territory of the State of Israel, whereas the EC-PLO Agreement applies to the territory of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
