As of August 2009, Uganda was supplying a total of 217 personnel (205 police, 10 military observers, and 2 troop) to UN peacekeeping operations. The following missions were supported: - UN Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI),
- Hybrid Mission in Darfur (UNAMID),
- UN Mission in Liberia (UNMIL),
- UN Mission in the Sudan (UNMIS), and
- UN Mission in Timor-Leste (UNMIT).
