Director of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies

Member of the Institute Faculty since 1988. His research focuses inter alia on Fascism and Nazism, 19th and 20th-century military occupations and the World Wars.

He has notably published Hitler and the Jews and Living with defeat/France under the Germans.
