Prof. Vincent Chetail
Research Director
Dr. Vincent Chetail is Associate Professor of International Law at the Graduate Institute of International Studies and Development and Research Director at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and at the Programme for the Study of Global Migration.
He is also Head of the Master in International Affairs at the Graduate Institute and Vice-President of the French-speaking Network of International Law (RFDI).
He has been visting Professor in various Universities (including Paris XI, Tunis II, Lyon III, Université Libre de Bruxelles, International Institute of Human Rights - Strasbourg, International Institute of Humanitarian Law - San Remo).
Prof. Chetail is Editor-in-Chief of Refugee Survey Quarterly (Oxford University Press) and Editor of the series “Organisation internationale et relations internationales” and “Axes” at Bruylant, Brussels. He serves regularly as a consultant to Governments and international organisations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the International Labour Organization and the International Organization for Migration.
